For Quotation
The quotation would be usually on the FOB Taiwan. The insurance and freight charge will need to be counted separately. For other method of quotation, please contact HCE export sales representative for further information.
Payment Term
Basically we request all of our customers to make their payment by T / T. For the beginner customers, we would prefer to have their payment by T / T in advance. If the customer would like to open the L / C, we will request them to open an irrevocable L / C for min. amount should be USD $10,000, and all the banking expenses / extra charge will take upon the buyer. Regarding to the insurance, HCE normally doesn't initiatively insure the shipments for customer unless customer makes their request to us. If it is necessary to have the insurance, the insurance fee will be around the shipment price * 110% * 0.4%.

Package and Freight Charge
For package carton, there are 5 sizes listed below as your reference.
- 61 * 45 * 42cm / Volume weight: 20KGS
- 48 * 38 * 42cm / Volume weight: 13KGS
- 49 * 40 * 27cm / Volume weight: 9KGS
- 38 * 30 * 30cm / Volume weight: 6KGS
- 29 * 28 * 24cm / Volume weight: 3.5KGS
When the shipment weight heavier than the carton volume weight, we will use the real weight for counting the freight charge. If the carton volume weight larger than the shipment weight, we will take the volume weight for counting the freight charge. However, for the different countries, they are all having the different policy for the freight charge. Therefore, we will quote the freight charge individually under the different situation.
